What you will do
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the UK Operations team.
- Process monthly customer invoices and reconcile purchase orders for goods and services.
- Maintain accurate operational registers, compliance records, and spreadsheets.
- Prepare customer reports in line with agreed service levels and governance requirements.
- Coordinate work permits, site access, and safety documentation for UK fieldwork.
- Manage shared inboxes and follow up on operational actions and meeting logs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in complex business operations support or office administration.
- Must be able to work 5 days per week from the Southampton office.
- Strong attention to detail with experience in invoicing, procurement, or supplier administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP ByDesign or similar ERP systems.
- Background in field services, infrastructure, transport, or regulated service environments.
- Level 3 or Level 4 business administration qualification.
