What you will do

• Audit and validate mortgage product data submitted by lenders.
• Review data against external sources, such as lender websites, to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date records within Ignite systems and apply quality controls.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential risks within data sets.
• Analyze trends and customer insights to suggest and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality data outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience working with data, administration, or quality assurance processes.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
