What you will do
- Manage the creation and maintenance of customer and merchant accounts according to specific parameters.
- Perform quality assurance checks on new accounts to ensure accurate and efficient service implementation.
- Act as the first point of contact for query resolution for merchants, Relationship Management, and customer-facing teams.
- Handle incoming calls regarding card acceptance, invoice queries, and network modifications.
- Process and reconcile VISA payments and manage disputes.
- Conduct periodic SOX Control audits of active sites.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, operational, or administrative environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a preference for strong Excel skills.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the Swindon office.
