What you will do

• Manage end-to-end Commercial Property Claims for multi-insurer, quota share programs.
• Investigate, negotiate, and resolve large exposure property claims in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Verify policy coverage and coordinate with field adjusters and experts for inspections.
• Analyze damage estimates and repair costs while identifying potential fraud or policy exclusions.
• Prepare written status reports, Reservation of Rights, and Coverage Position Letters for clients.
• Direct and monitor defense counsel to settle litigated claims and provide monetary strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of related experience and training.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Property claims investigation techniques and settlement.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Multi-State adjuster license is preferred.
