What you will do

• Adjust complex bodily injury and UIM claims, including high-severity cases such as traumatic brain injuries and fatalities.
• Manage complex litigation claims, including strategy development and settlement negotiation.
• Determine legal liability and confirm coverage decisions in compliance with state laws and regulations.
• Clearly document all investigation, evaluation, and settlement decisions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal business partners to ensure timely claims resolution.
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of casualty adjusting experience.
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship is available for this position.
• Ability to acquire and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for research, summarization, and workflow optimization.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of auto liability/casualty adjusting experience.
• 2+ years of Bodily Injury litigation handling experience.
