What you will do

• Perform simple to complex reviews of commercial property evaluations, validations, and appraisals.
• Manage the procurement and ordering process for appraisals and oversee fee quotes.
• Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with regulatory exams, internal audits, and updating appraisal policies and bulletins.
• Train bank employees and appraisal team members on related materials and systems.
• Coordinate with various departments to monitor appraisal pipelines and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in appraisal or appraisal review related field.
• Location: Must be based in FL, GA, AL, VA, NC, SC, TX, CO, or TN.
• Knowledge of USPAP, FIRREA, OCC, HVCC, and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Remote Work: Must have a secure home office environment with a reliable private internet connection.

Nice to have

• State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser certification.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Prior field experience in appraisal.
• Completion of Appraisal Institute courses (Basic Principles, Procedures, USPAP).
