What you will do
- Define and lead the delivery of wealth technology solutions, including platform implementation and system integration.
- Manage Wealth Tech vendor partnerships and framework development to position the firm as a preferred integration partner.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust solution designs for onboarding, trading, and performance reporting.
- Design scalable architectures that account for data volume, security, and compliance requirements.
- Present technical approaches and designs to C-suite and senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility.
- Mentor and coach team members while contributing to internal IP and proposition development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology roles within or serving the wealth management industry.
- Deep familiarity with the financial advisor value chain and Wealth Tech vendor landscape (e.g., Orion, Envestnet, Addepar).
- Hands-on experience with system integration, API design, and data architecture (Snowflake, Azure Synapse).
- Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and influence senior decision-makers.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
