Salary: $114,800–$223,693 per year (based on location).

What you will do

• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy, focusing on modernization and technical debt reduction.
• Present solution design options and trade-offs to stakeholders to drive measurable business value.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify interdependencies and co-design effective solutions.
• Monitor and report on domain technical health, security, and compliance standards.
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure technology success within the domain.
• Guide technical proofs of concept and maintain architectural documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related technical and strategic experience.
• Must be available to work Eastern Time business hours.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.
• Experience with cloud technologies, microservices, RESTful APIs, DevSecOps, and containerization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven track record in solution and technical architecture leadership.
