What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth across the SLED market.
  • Identify, pursue, and close complex sales opportunities with state agencies, municipalities, and educational institutions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
  • Lead strategic presentations and product demonstrations to articulate the value of integrated security and ITSM solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including contract negotiations and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Mentor junior account executives and contribute to the strategic direction of the sales team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, specifically in SLED/public sector or IT security/ITSM.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of SLED procurement, contracts, and budget cycles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to position complex solutions to executive audiences.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as CJIS, FERPA, HIPAA, and NIST.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
