What you will do

  • Recruit and develop new partner relationships to drive whitespace penetration and access to new markets.
  • Ensure partners are effectively positioned to sell hirify.global solutions through comprehensive sales and technical training.
  • Manage pipeline growth by collaborating with partners and internal sales teams to track bookings and forecast goals.
  • Drive regular account mapping sessions to identify net-new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans with partners to drive sales proficiency and incremental bookings.
  • Leverage marketing funds to drive demand generation activities and maximize return on investment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in channel or technology sales.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of application delivery networks and security.
  • Experience in two-tiered channel resale models.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technology simply.

Nice to have

  • Background in software/hardware sales and distribution with large security or networking companies.
  • Knowledge of enterprise networks and applications.
