TL;DR

Channel Account Manager, SLED (SaaS/Public Sector): Driving sales and profitability through State, Local, and Education channel partners with an accent on partner onboarding, sales enablement, and SLED procurement compliance. Focus on building a scalable SLED channel presence, navigating complex public sector sales cycles, and optimizing regional territory plans.

Location: Remote in Florida or Georgia. Not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Unable to hire within the city limits of Chicago.

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard SLED-focused channel partners including VARs, distributors, and MSPs.
  • Build and execute a SLED-specific channel strategy aligned with revenue goals and go-to-market objectives.
  • Develop a SLED channel sales motion in close collaboration with Account Executives to drive quota attainment.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and articulate the value of the Partner Program to key SLED stakeholders.
  • Own the regional territory plan, pipeline, and forecast.
  • Maintain expertise in SLED procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience working with SLED channel partners, VARs, distributors, or MSPs.
  • Solid understanding of public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to build SLED-specific partner business plans and track performance against KPIs.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills to create mutual value.
  • Must be based in Florida or Georgia.
  • English: Proficiency required.
