What you will do
- Grow and develop the inbound sales team, outbound function, aftersales, and offline conversion.
- Own sales team targets and metrics through structured planning and execution.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention for key global brand clients.
- Oversee the CRM system and optimize the full customer journey.
- Inform product, pricing, and strategy based on deep market and customer understanding.
- Manage client relationships and resolve complex disputes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, including experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Native-level German proficiency (non-negotiable).
- Professional English communication skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to hold a team accountable for results.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, pipelines, and data-driven decision making.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Berlin, Germany.
