What you will do

  • Own revenue growth and pipeline quality for the German marketplace advertising business.
  • Manage and develop strategic seller accounts to drive incremental advertising investment.
  • Develop insight-led campaign concepts and advertising proposals tailored to the German market.
  • Pitch full-funnel Retail Media solutions, from Sponsored Products to advanced placements.
  • Build commercial business cases for stakeholders, emphasizing ROI and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Management, Ad Tech, and Customer Success to ensure scalable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketplace, Retail Media, or B2B sales with direct revenue responsibility.
  • Proven track record in strategic account management and influencing investment decisions.
  • Strong pitching, storytelling, and commercial acumen across pipeline and deal conversion.
  • Understanding of Retail Media monetization and sponsored advertising products.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
