What you will do
- Own revenue growth and pipeline quality for the German marketplace advertising business.
- Manage and develop strategic seller accounts to drive incremental advertising investment.
- Develop insight-led campaign concepts and advertising proposals tailored to the German market.
- Pitch full-funnel Retail Media solutions, from Sponsored Products to advanced placements.
- Build commercial business cases for stakeholders, emphasizing ROI and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with Campaign Management, Ad Tech, and Customer Success to ensure scalable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketplace, Retail Media, or B2B sales with direct revenue responsibility.
- Proven track record in strategic account management and influencing investment decisions.
- Strong pitching, storytelling, and commercial acumen across pipeline and deal conversion.
- Understanding of Retail Media monetization and sponsored advertising products.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
