What you will do

  • Self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account research.
  • Close mid-market deals independently and consistently hit annual revenue quotas.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Product teams to refine GTM messaging and feature prioritization.
  • Lead structured discovery and deliver consultative product demos and business cases.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and ensure a seamless handover to Customer Success.
  • Mentor junior Account Executives and provide frontline insights on ICP and objections.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of self-sourced deals.
  • Native German and fluent English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed aggressive sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to mid-market companies and navigating complex buying committees.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in using AI tools to optimize workflows.

Nice to have

  • Domain expertise in HR tech, fintech, T&E, or ERP.
  • Experience working within a European SaaS scale-up environment.
  • Experience managing multi-country sales.
