Location: Hybrid (Cologne, Germany) — requires 2 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Identify and develop enterprise opportunities for companies with €1bn+ revenue across various industries.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and workflows to make prospecting, personalization, and outreach more efficient.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from operational teams up to C-level executives.
- Conduct strategic discovery conversations to identify challenges and qualify long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and AI teams to continuously improve and scale outbound strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B outbound sales, Sales Development, or Business Development.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into business opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
- Ability to work from the Cologne office at least 2 days per week.
