What you will do

• Lead the design and maintenance of complex test processes for mission-critical HR systems.
• Develop automated and manual test cases using Selenium, ALM Octane, and LoadRunner.
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices in collaboration with developers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure adherence to DevSecOps principles.
• Mentor junior QA testers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Document test results and report findings to clients and leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on quality assurance testing experience.
• Proficiency with ALM Octane, Selenium, LoadRunner, and Postman.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Jenkins.
• Must be able to successfully pass a US Government background investigation and drug screen.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

• US Government Clearance (Secret or above).
• Experience with Air Force Human Resource IT systems.
• Familiarity with AWS GovCloud and Air Force Cloud One environments.
• Background in application modernization or cloud migration.
• Expertise in CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
