What you will do

• Lead and supervise test specialists across system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate complex program requirements into testable objectives, use cases, and mission-aligned execution plans.
• Develop and manage test strategies, methodologies, schedules, test plans, and analysis.
• Build and maintain automated test cases and scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Analyze test results and defect data, providing actionable recommendations to government stakeholders and program leadership.
• Improve test cycles, test plans, and security review processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant software testing experience, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience supervising test specialists and managing complex testing programs.
• Experience translating program requirements into test objectives and analyzing test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Experience in an Agile environment such as SAFe or ICAgile, with working knowledge of Systems Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
• Experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager, plus familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority and IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance required.
