Senior Quality Automation Engineer (Vue.js)

What you will do

• Perform functional, regression, usability, manual, and automated testing of web applications.
• Analyze requirements and create test cases covering frontend architecture, responsive design, and user workflows.
• Develop, maintain, and scale JavaScript or TypeScript frontend automation suites.
• Write UI E2E and Vue component tests and validate frontend-to-backend API contracts and responses.
• Integrate UI tests into CI/CD pipelines and participate in incident reviews to improve frontend quality strategy.
• Collaborate with Frontend Developers and Product Owners in a Scrum environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in test automation and strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Vue.js components, state management, and testing Vue applications.
• Experience with modern frontend testing frameworks, preferably Playwright or Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of web architecture, DOM, CSS, HTML, browser developer tools, REST APIs, and asynchronous requests.
• Experience with manual and automated UI testing, frontend testing strategies, CI/CD tools, Jira, and TestRail.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue Test Utils, Vitest, Pinia, or Vuex testing.
• Experience with frontend performance testing, Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, and digital accessibility testing.
