QA Engineer (AI): Ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of SaaS products and AI-driven features with an accent on manual testing, API validation, data quality, and continuous deployment. Focus on designing intelligent test automation and monitoring tools, validating multi-tenant data isolation, and coordinating end-to-end testing and release quality with R&D.
Location: Israel: hybrid work in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv; Jerusalem office presence is required during three months of training and after onboarding

What you will do
- Monitor systems and validate data from multiple sources to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with R&D throughout the product lifecycle, including test planning, reviewing development testing, and executing end-to-end tests.
- Create, execute, and maintain manual test cases and validate bug fixes.
- Support feature release management and conduct post-release testing.
- Use LLM knowledge to test AI-driven features and develop intelligent test automation and monitoring tools.
- Analyze field issues, report bugs, and follow up with development teams through resolution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software QA experience in SaaS, preferably in fast-paced environments with continuous deployments.
- Strong proven experience using AI tools for testing and monitoring.
- Proficiency with Postman for API testing, continuous deployment, and SQL.
- Experience testing multi-tenant architectures, including data isolation and cross-client impacts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, prioritization, and independent working skills.
- Strong English and Hebrew communication skills.
