What you will do

• Execute legal and compliance strategies across multiple jurisdictions to support strategic goals.
• Manage regulatory licensing applications, filings, and entity administration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to launch compliant tokenized investment products.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and fund administration documents.
• Oversee corporate governance, board resolutions, and employment documentation.
• Support GDPR and data-protection compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Expertise in financial regulation (e.g., AIFMD, MiFID) and cross-border licensing.
• Proven experience with fund structures and investment product design.
• Strong foundational knowledge of corporate law.
• Preferred: Based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Mixed experience in private practice and in-house roles, ideally within mid-size firms or startups.
• Exposure to Fintech, Web3, digital assets, and token launches.
• Experience handling regulatory or data-privacy matters.
