Legal Counsel (Web3)

hirify.global is building an institutional real-world-assets platform focused on tokenized funds and investment products in Web3.

What you will do

• Support the implementation of legal, compliance, and regulatory strategy across relevant jurisdictions.
• Assist with regulatory licensing applications, filings, entity administration, legal records, contracts, and risk registers.
• Support compliant launches of tokenized funds and structured investment products with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Draft, review, and help negotiate commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, fund administration agreements, IMAs, and side letters.
• Support corporate governance, employment documentation, intellectual property matters, and legal templates.
• Contribute to GDPR, data-protection, privacy, and security compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience in financial regulation, including AIFMD or MiFID, and cross-border licensing.
• Exposure to fund structures and investment product design.
• Good understanding of corporate law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• London, UK location is preferred; the role is hybrid.

Nice to have

• Experience in both private practice and in-house legal work.
• Experience with fintech, Web3, digital assets, token launches, investments, or tokenization.
• Experience with regulatory or data-privacy matters.
