Location: Onsite in Thunder Bay and surrounding remote camp locations, Canada

Salary: CAD 300 - 335 daily

What you will do

• Perform site-wide building maintenance and routine inspections of appliances and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain diesel generators, sump/lift stations, and other camp utilities.
• Execute carpentry, drywall, and painting work for facility upkeep.
• Manage snow removal, de-icing, and seasonal outdoor maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities and coordinate with departments to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a general maintenance technician.
• Valid full G/Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Must have personal transportation for transit to departure hubs.
• Ability to work independently in remote, unsupervised conditions.

Nice to have

• Trade certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or refrigeration.
• Experience operating skid-steer loaders or light equipment.
• Safety certifications such as Working at Heights or First Aid with CPR.
• Previous experience in remote rotational or fly-in/fly-out camp environments.
