Location: On-site in Brooklyn, NY (Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm)

What you will do
- Provide first-line IT support to employees in person and through a ticketing system.
- Manage new hire onboarding, including device setup, account creation, and access.
- Troubleshoot live issues in Zoom rooms, conference spaces, and meeting rooms.
- Support production facility tech, including hardware racks and connectivity issues.
- Maintain office technology such as TVs, displays, and WiFi networks.
- Document issues and fixes to create patterns for future support improvements.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an IT or technical support role.
- Working knowledge of MacOS and Windows.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
- Comfortable with physical hardware setups and hands-on troubleshooting.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Brooklyn, NY.
