What you will do

• Perform Business Transformation Assessments (BTA) to discover and document IT assets.
• Implement and troubleshoot Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware, and Active Directory.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, switches (Cisco Meraki, HP), and BDR solutions.
• Support cloud services including Office 365, Azure, and G-Suite.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk and Technical Operations Center to resolve user issues.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors while documenting all activities in the ticket system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT field services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012-2025), Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions (SAN, NAS).
• Proficiency with networking technologies and RMM tools (N-Able, Kaseya, LabTech).
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an MSP environment.
• ITIL and Service Management knowledge.
• Familiarity with the HaloPSA Platform.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, Security+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
