User System Support Technician Level II (IT Support): Providing technical support and solutions for customers, maintenance technicians, and engineering personnel with an accent on help desk operations and system maintenance. Location: Sierra Vista, AZ, USA. Must be able to work onsite and cover 24/7 shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Salary: $19.00-21.00 per hour

What you will do
- Provide telephonic technical assistance and support to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Manage trouble tickets in the Nationwide Operations Resource Management Ticket system, documenting all resolution actions.
- Remotely install software and device drivers on computers.
- Troubleshoot computer operating systems for both hardware and software problems.
- Assign and monitor the status of trouble tickets for maintenance personnel.
- Provide after-hours on-call technical support according to the published schedule.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical support.
- Proficiency in computer peripherals, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain government-issued security clearances.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet safe driving requirements.
- Availability to work a flexible 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays.
