TL;DR

What you will do

  • Resolve HR system issues and provide training to end-users to maximize system capacity.
  • Continuously optimize HR modules and system features to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for key HR metrics (turnover, diversity, compensation).
  • Perform regular internal audits and data quality reports to ensure system validity.
  • Document system processes and conduct testing for new versions, modules, or feature deployments.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and Oracle/WFN specialists to translate business challenges into technical requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in systems management and human resources.
  • Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience as an analyst using ERP systems (Oracle is a strong asset).
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and process documentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ADP-WFN.
  • Oracle certification.
