What you will do
- Administer full-cycle payroll in compliance with Canadian federal and provincial standards.
- Manage benefit enrollment, premium processing, and retirement plan funding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Ensure organizational compliance with evolving employment laws and provincial regulations.
- Design and implement employee development and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of HR or payroll experience, preferably in Canadian multi-province environments.
- Strong knowledge of CRA requirements, CPP/EI, and T4 reporting.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
