Salary: $65,000–$81,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage purchase order creation and invoice payments for the HR department.
• Provide operational support for payroll processing and reimbursement programs.
• Handle bilingual employee inquiries via the HR Operations mailbox.
• Audit and update HR Services intranet content in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Assist HR Operations and Payroll teams with administrative tasks and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in French and English with advanced communication skills.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist capacity.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using Workday or an equivalent HRIS tool.
