Location: Remote (must reside within Canada)
Salary: 73,465 - 91,831 (CAD)

What you will do
- Develop and manage the annual calendar of wellness initiatives aligned with ’s wellbeing pillars and strategy.
- Create, plan, and deliver relevant and engaging content for various internal audiences to promote wellbeing resources and initiatives.
- Administer the wellbeing platform and manage vendor relationships.
- Analyze data and feedback to inform strategic direction and continuous improvement.
- Support targeted mental health and resilience initiatives for priority employee groups.
- Support employees and leaders throughout the disability and return-to-work process.
Requirements
- Post-graduate certificate in Workplace Wellness, Public Health, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in workplace wellness or health promotion.
- Experience in disability case management/return-to-work and workplace accommodations.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- English proficiency is required to perform the duties of the role, which include daily collaboration with teams and partners outside Québec who operate primarily in English
