Location: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Person (Montreal, Quebec City, Weert, or London)

What you will do

  • Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend scalable technology solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional HR systems initiatives from discovery to adoption.
  • Translate strategic People team needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR and IS departments to align priorities.
  • Support the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and talent acquisition platforms.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to influence roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading HR systems and technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise HCM or ERP platforms like Workday.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Solid project management skills including risk management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Must be able to travel for in-person team-building events if working remotely.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consulting, transformation, or implementation environments.
  • Exposure to performance management or applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience scaling processes in mid-sized organizations.
