TL;DR

Sr Solution Architect / Consultant / Or Sales Engineer (AI): Leading pre-sales technical strategy and architecting tailored customer experience (CX) assurance solutions with an accent on AI-powered testing and monitoring. Focus on designing enterprise-level integrations, conducting deep discovery sessions, and aligning technical capabilities with business value for C-level stakeholders.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead pre-sales technical activities, including discovery, tailored demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Architect solutions that integrate hirify.global's platform into complex enterprise technology stacks to optimize CX strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to align technical execution with account strategy and revenue goals.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points, business drivers, and technical requirements.
  • Represent the company at executive-level engagements, customer conferences, and webinars.
  • Mentor junior Solution Architects and contribute to internal technical sales enablement resources.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise technical sales from discovery through close.
  • Ability to present to and build trust with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative discovery and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in CX, contact center, call centre, IVR, testing, or monitoring technologies.
