Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead pre-sales technical activities, including discovery, tailored demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Architect solutions that integrate 's platform into complex enterprise technology stacks to optimize CX strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to align technical execution with account strategy and revenue goals.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points, business drivers, and technical requirements.
- Represent the company at executive-level engagements, customer conferences, and webinars.
- Mentor junior Solution Architects and contribute to internal technical sales enablement resources.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise technical sales from discovery through close.
- Ability to present to and build trust with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Strong consultative discovery and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in CX, contact center, call centre, IVR, testing, or monitoring technologies.
