TL;DR

Account Development Manager (Fintech): Cultivating relationships with hedge fund clients, leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement with an accent on managing commercial relationships and renewals. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team.

Location: Must be based in the US. This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States. If the remote work is performed outside of NYC, Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View offices, income may be subject to New York State tax withholding.

Salary: $110K base salary + $40K gross retention bonus.

What you will do

  • Own and cultivate relationships with clients, leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement.
  • Act as a trusted resource for clients, providing top-notch service and advocating for their needs.
  • Create and execute account growth and engagement strategies.
  • Manage commercial strategy, developing rapport with key decision-makers and managing renewals.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities to augment contract value.
  • Contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships to support renewal conversations and business expansion.
  • Passion for making clients successful and caring deeply about their investment questions and process.
  • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for the client base.
  • Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship currently or in the future.
