What you will do

  • Structure engineering workstreams to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance, support system design choices, and evaluate implementation trade-offs.
  • Build and scale strong engineering teams across China, US, and Europe.
  • Recruit high-quality engineers and establish structured hiring processes.
  • Coordinate across product, research, and leadership teams to resolve organizational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure high engineering standards while maintaining a steady development velocity.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in software engineering and system architecture.
  • Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams.
  • Ability to structure engineering work and maintain development velocity.
  • Strong judgment in technical decision-making.
  • Clear communication and ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
