What you will do

  • Coach and mentor engineers to foster career growth and technical excellence.
  • Drive recruitment and onboarding for the Pegasus mobile and platform teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define objectives and OKRs.
  • Facilitate team decision-making and resolve conflicts within an Agile environment.
  • Champion AI-assisted development and agentic coding workflows to accelerate delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX and Product to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or equivalent.
  • Deep hands-on experience building and shipping mobile applications in a commercial setting.
  • Strong backend and cloud literacy (AWS) to lead platform services.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development and code generation workflows.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in an Agile setup (Scrum or Kanban).

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Flutter.
  • Product experience in the creator economy or affiliate monetization platforms.
  • Experience orchestrating multi-agent AI workflows.
