Salary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support Trust & Fiduciary Advisors in the delivery of trust services, including transactional activity and fund disbursements.
• Review and maintain daily reports, monitor overdrafts, and ensure timely resolution of account issues.
• Coordinate the opening and closing of accounts according to established firm processes.
• Monitor account investments to ensure adherence to fiduciary responsibilities and governing document terms.
• Support risk management duties, including annual reviews, documentation filing, and audit participation.
• Provide backup support to team members to ensure continuous service delivery.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and ability to learn proprietary banking platforms.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to maintain regular, predictable attendance in Seattle, WA.
