What you will do

  • Lead and oversee complex audit projects from planning to reporting.
  • Develop audit programs, risk matrices, and control frameworks.
  • Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Perform L1 reviews of audit activities, including test scripts and evidence.
  • Manage relationships with business lines and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor team members and provide input into performance assessments.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in audit or finance.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and internal control frameworks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting to executive audiences.
