Compensation: $18.76 - $25.70 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee daily branch operations, including vault audits, teller drawer counts, and reconciliation tasks.
• Support the Branch Operations Manager in assigning duties, scheduling staff, and administering organizational policies.
• Conduct training for new staff and provide ongoing guidance to promote operational excellence.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for branch operations and resolve complex customer issues.
• Ensure all new account documentation is accurate and compliant with banking regulations.
• Perform front-line staff duties during periods of high volume to maintain service standards.

Requirements

• 6+ months of bank teller experience required.
• 6+ months of personal banker experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to various bank locations for training as required.
• Professional demeanor with a results-driven and self-motivated approach.

Nice to have

• Prior supervisory experience in a banking or financial environment.
• Proven experience in sales and cross-selling financial products.
