What you will do

• Negotiate and draft customer-facing SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and reseller contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and Revenue Operations regarding contract strategy and turnaround.
• Manage and improve sales contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and automated approval workflows.
• Oversee the intake-to-signature process for vendor and procurement contracts.
• Identify and resolve commercial risks while escalating non-standard issues to the General Counsel.
• Support corporate legal initiatives including M&A diligence, entity maintenance, and compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of contract review and management experience, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS commercial terms and automated contracting processes.
• Familiarity with U.S. and EU data protection requirements (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
• Strong drafting skills with the ability to translate business intent into clear contract language.
• Ability to manage a high-volume queue and prioritize competing deadlines independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
