What you will do

• Implement and maintain standardized contracting practices across the RPO business.
• Manage financial account management practices to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments for daily execution.
• Lead significant internal and external change management initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracting processes.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of New York, Colorado, California, Washington, Hawaii, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Massachusetts, or Ohio for remote roles.
• Proven experience in contract management or related legal/financial operations.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional relationships with Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively within a large, global consulting environment.
