What you will do

• Conduct due diligence reviews and assist with related documentation and analysis.
• Support hotline investigation interviews and follow-up activities.
• Perform benchmarking analysis comparing the iRTC hotline program against industry standards.
• Research and present summaries on emerging compliance hot topics and regulatory updates.
• Provide recommendations on incorporating AI into day-to-day business operations and compliance processes.
• Review and analyze compliance policies for regulatory alignment and enhance the company's Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program (1L, 2L, or 3L).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exposure to corporate compliance, healthcare law, investigations, or ethics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with compliance programs, hotline investigations, or risk assessments.
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI governance.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into concise summaries and presentations.
