Salary: $125,400 β $181,875

What you will do
- Lead enterprise change governance strategy, policy development, and mature frameworks, standards, and controls.
- Oversee Change Advisory Board (CAB) operations and ensure all changes meet risk, security, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Manage enterprise build processes, deployment orchestration, and environment readiness across multiple platforms.
- Drive operational maturity and automation to reduce failed changes, incidents, and deployment risks.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across enterprise change and build management functions.
- Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure safe implementation of changes.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology operations, change, release, or build management.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise-scale operational or transformation teams.
- Deep expertise in DevOps/CI/CD, ITIL service management, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship (no CPT/OPT).
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities in matrixed organizations.
Nice to have
- ITIL, PMP, SAFe, Agile, or DevOps certifications.
- Experience within regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or insurance.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, GitLab, Jenkins, or AI.
- Background in enterprise platform engineering or SRE.
