What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle and release management operations for the Product organization.
• Align scope and release planning with strategic business objectives in a senior leadership capacity.
• Drive teams toward quality and on-time delivery using agile standards and company-defined best practices.
• Proactively identify and develop mitigation strategies for risks and dependencies impacting the product roadmap.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product delivery effectiveness, quality, and overall success.
• Facilitate a culture of continuous learning by conducting regular product retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• Strong professional background in full lifecycle delivery for PaaS products and operations.
• Experience delivering commercial software utilizing agile processes for public cloud technologies (AWS, Google, Azure).
• Practical understanding of technical product delivery management and agile development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in managing complex dependencies between diverse cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
