What you will do

  • Lead discovery and scoping sessions in partnership with Sales and Solutions teams to define professional services engagements.
  • Develop and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure alignment between customer expectations and available resources.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers throughout the pre-implementation journey.
  • Manage escalations when project scopes shift or expectations become misaligned.
  • Refine services messaging and create enablement materials to help Sales position offerings effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast quarterly and annual services revenue.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Services Engagement Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven expertise in SOW development and contract negotiation.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to track complex projects and mitigate risks.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments (Sales, Legal, Product).
  • Technical acumen regarding SaaS platforms and implementation cycles.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco or Chicago.
