What you will do

• Drive planning and execution of large-scale programs across software, hardware, and cloud portfolios.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, QA, and security.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed program plans with defined milestones and KPIs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and Scrum of Scrums for distributed development teams.
• Manage strategic customer escalations and provide transparent communication to executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party integration partners and vendors to ensure aligned delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management within networking or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead hardware, software, and cloud hybrid programs.
• Strong expertise in Agile, SAFe, or Lean methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Deep domain knowledge in enterprise networking including switching, routing, and SD-WAN.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across multiple time zones and geographies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Direct experience with hirify.global products.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification.
