hirify.global is building A1, a proactive AI smart assistant designed to bring intelligence to everyday conversations, errands, and workflows.

What you will do

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to evaluate role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS to ensure data quality and process consistency.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or coordination (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems.
  • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
