What you will do

• Support full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to mid-level roles across engineering, design, operations, and business functions.
• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound applications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and internal teams.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
• Help manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
