TL;DR

Technical Recruiter (AI): Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Engineering, Product, and Design functions with an accent on sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines. Focus on developing strategic partnerships with hiring managers and optimizing the candidate experience to scale a leading AI contracting platform.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Office attendance required at least twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Salary: $70 – $75 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
  • Create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive talent in the market.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to ensure a best-in-class hiring experience.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand and drive overall recruitment strategy.
  • Mentor and guide new members of the recruiting organization, including coordinators and sourcers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers and executives.
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in San Francisco
