What you will do

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer support.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and collect feedback from hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data quality within the ATS.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic ATS systems.
• Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
