What you will do

• Build and extend client relationships through excellence in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) delivery.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients.
• Provide high-touch candidate relationship management and maintain high responsiveness in client-facing activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing methodologies.
• Optimize and improve the overall effectiveness of the recruitment process.

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and RPO delivery.
• Deep expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
