TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end people development lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career progression.
- Optimize resource planning to ensure productions are staffed with skilled engineers while reducing operational risk.
- Champion emerging production technologies to enhance workflow efficiency, resilience, and capability across Field Operations.
- Foster a positive, engaged team environment through regular communication, mentoring, and support.
- Collaborate with technical management to align training and development pathways with evolving industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams with a strong background in performance management.
- Experience within broadcast operations with the ability to support both people growth and operational delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise at all business levels.

- Must possess the appropriate right to work in the UK.
