What you will do

• Lead and inspire a squad to succeed in the build and delivery of remarkable digital products.
• Manage and develop team members through career coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to accelerate their digital capabilities.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, ensuring high code quality and applying a DevOps mindset to architecture.
• Lead engagements from the front, whether embedded in customer teams or guiding internal engineering teams.

Requirements

• Software engineering experience across the full stack, specifically with .NET based solutions.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including serverless, event-driven architectures, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing professional talent development.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery and its application to organizational transformation.
• Experience working in a professional services environment with supplier-client dynamics.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Leeds, UK.
